Inspired by the beautiful village and community of Gracehill in Northern Ireland.

Gracehill, founded in 1759, is home to a collection of distinctive Moravian buildings, including the unique Gemeinhaus (a type of congregation building), a church, choir houses, and a cemetery. The site continues to host an active Moravian congregation that upholds the traditions of the faith.

Gracehill is the best-preserved example of a settlement built to reflect the Moravian ideal in the UK and Ireland. It is also the only such settlement on the island of Ireland, with its layout centered around a central green square.

In 2024, Gracehill became Northern Ireland’s second UNESCO World Heritage Site, joining the Giant’s Causeway, which was designated in 1986.
