Furthest possible seat from the action

Church on Sunday morning.

This seat, chosen by someone else for me, felt like a metaphor for what the pandemic has created for so many of us church-goers.

A distant birds-eye view of ‘church club’ and the stuff it does…I was literally as far away from the stage as possible.

Church-going isn’t really the point though is it? As they ‘start things up again’ I will endeavour to keep in mind what belief in God means, what Church means and what the church club tries to promote in it’s place.

Watching from afar isn’t always so bad.
