New tattoo[s]

Digital art/design and art. Two similar yet very different things. When I look down at my arm I see the icon for digital, clearly, facing the “right” way… because for me, digital art/design is easier and more accessible. I have to turn my head around to see the smaller icon which represents art. It’s not facing the same way. It’s a bit harder. I have to work at it.

And that’s ok. In fact maybe it’s better. Art on paper or canvas with brushes and paints challenges me more.

If I hold my arm out toward you, or as you view it in this picture, the smaller icon for art is the “correct” way up because for many people art needs to make sense and face the right direction… we just see it differently.

Or maybe none of that matters and I just made up a story.

Thanks to @liam_mcsharry_s16 at @studio.16.tattoo for doing exactly what I wanted.
